About me
I completed my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute, qualifying as a Clinical Transactional Analyst Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
As a Transactional Analysis therapist I draw on the approaches that best suit the issues that clients bring into the therapy room. I work with people to identify and draw on their inner resources to live a fuller, more satisfying life. I use the Transactional Analysis approach to help clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviours and to help clients manage their relationship in a healthier way. My approach is tailored to the individual client.
I have worked in various clinical and charity settings, providing individual therapy to survivors of abuse and trauma and individuals who have experienced relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. One of my particular interests lies in the dynamics of power within relationships. I apply an intersectional lens to my work, paying attention to the social and cultural impacts on our lived experience.
